Hail to St Therese Catholic Primary Mascot, winners of the under-12s rugby sevens State Cup final at Parramatta.
The squad of 12 players – Luca Cleverley, Luini Sete-Falemaka, Jessie Skeene, Julian Sommer, Edward Stewart, Blake Agius, Matteo Cleverley, Tom Farr-Jones, Julius Mitchell, Ryan Robbie, Kylan Simon and Angus Simmons – all played their part with an attacking edge to beat St Ives North Public school 2-1 in the Grandfinal.
“It was a nail biting match with St Ives denied a last-grasp try just at full time,” said Coach Carly Tierney.
